I like to facilitate groups to a variety of people.
One on One therapy is not always the best option for everyone. Sometimes a group can feel safer, be more therapeutic, and be more accessible to seekers of therapy. Group therapy provides an opportunity to focus on more specific topics to target areas of growth and change. The group atmosphere can lead to a sense of community and connection bringing together people with similar struggles in life.
